Yep it's pretty good, played on it a few months back against their Sunday Vets side.

Lancing was probably the best ground we played at this season though with Oadby being the very worst pitch by far!!

 

I watched a game there a few years ago and i thought it was a nice ground and a friendly club im sure i remember Lancing losing the game by a lot of goals.

London Lions, yes a lovely surface & nice ground & surroundings. In cases like this, the FA should relax the ground regulations. The dressing rooms are large, clean& have hot water. Does it matter that much they are more than 40ft from the pitch or that there isn't a tunnel ?
