Next season will be very interesting as has been mentioned before, who will be relegated into the league? Also has a relegated ryman club win the ccl? In my time I can't think of one.but I still think geunsey will push but I think midweek away fixtures may hurt them.I think it may be a team that's been in the ccl prem a while that wins it,John hamsher at Egham, poss molesey or camberely.people keep mentioning Wembley.it depends on the £ notes and the experience in this division that's where Windsor messed up,had the dosh but not the experience.

I don't see Guernsey away days being a big problem, those who travel will not have spent the day at work, plus they won't be worrying about if they can get off in time to beat the traffic, the whole squad is together so no worries for the manager wondering if the squad have arrived, they will arrive fresh and ready to play.

No predictions from me, whatever will be will be, but I'll say this - it'll be great to have an away day where Windsor fans are guaranteed to be outnumbered by the home support!

BTK ! Thats disrespectful to other clubs !

First of all you still have the fans base core of the now defuncted Windsor & Eton. With Windsors massive budget for CCL level, it should attract good players which it has, and if the team keeps winning which it should, that attracts more people to watch.

You are newcomers to the league, you didn't win it, get over it and don't get above your station, after all Windsor are still only a CCL club ......... !

Hello to all this is my first post so be kind to me lol, I moved to Hartley Wintney two years back and started following them last season when Nev Roach and Mick Wollen ran things not bad some good football played and a top half finish.

This Season Nev brought in a first team coach Scott Tarr to work woth him and Mick and the three of them set about building a side to make the top three....well what a season we have had a great FA Cup run and 3rd in the league by a long way, I have even started going to away games lol. My point is that the three teams gaining promotion have finished streets above the rest in CC1 both points and goals (I think HW would have finished 2nd if not for the FA Cup Run) and will all cope with CCP, I went out to Guernsey and the way they have gone about things has been a credit to them.

I think they will win the CCP or the Vase but not both and they could come up short on both if they make the mistake of chasing both!!!!!!

No it is not disrespectful to other clubs - it is a fact! And bearing in mind you love facts you should at the very least acknowledge one. 6 points from our first 5 games was probably the undoing of our season. As for getting over not winning the Prem, I suggest you ask anyone from Guildford City who was at Stag Meadow last Saturday about the manner in which they were treated and looked after. It stands to reason that a lot of W&E supporters watch Windsor. What else would you expect? Just because Aldershot folded and Aldershot Town formed, are you suggesting that the people of that town should not support their new club? Of course not. What you also fail to realise is that we have actively encouraged youngsters to come to games this season. Perhaps you should come down one Saturday next season and leave the blinkers at home.

Agree wfc pro ed we were treated very well at stag meadow and we had penty of praise from the windsor fans and officials it was a enjoyable afternoon in real football surroundings with both sets of fans chanting at both ends ,probally something windsor have not had much in the ccl ,but i do beg to differ about windsor boosting away attendences because over the last three seasons or so city have at most away games taken a good away support and generated a good atmosphere .

I'm not concerned how you treated Guildford, that was not in the original comment made by Rover..oops sorry Rother..

Firstly, I have visited Stag Meadow on 4 occasions this season, enjoyed my time, was looked after and chatted to many supoporters and officials of the club, so the blinkers are well left alone at home as they are every Saturday, Tuesday/Wednesday and sometimes on Sundays.

You are missing the point, Windsor have the biggest fan base in the CCL... FACT ! Even if half of that fan base goes to support Windsor there will be more than the home support. Remember its the CCL you are in and not Southern League. Lets see if Windsor supporters out do Guernsey's home support next season.... :D

Stop being BTK Windsor you are in the CCL get used to it. CCL clubs work damn hard on the little support they get week in and week out, so it doesn't need any sarcastic remark like Rothers belittleing other CCL clubs, its not getting Windsor any brownie points !

Actually I am surprised no other poster has commented on this, but then again perhaps I am not surprised....as we all love each other on this site don't we..... ;) !!!

No idea why you quoted my post as you clearly have responded to something that was in your head rather than there in black and white.

I think that said it all really.

NICE GUY, you really are a tool of the highest order. Well done on that - it's a life achievement I suppose.

I'll say it again - it'll be great to have an away day where the home support out-numbers the Windsor supporters.

It really will.

Only someone with a massive inferiority complex would look for something sarcastic or belittling in that. Every football supporter knows that the best days are the away days when you are in the minority.

Over this last few months you have regularly, deliberately and, dare I say it, maliciously misrepresented, misinterpreted very straightforward and open comments made by Windsor supporters on here - every time designed to try to make us look like we are a Billy Big Bollox club who think we are better than the CCL. It's nonsense.

Do you have your dick in hand while you look for the angle that isn't really there? However inadequate you are it mystifies me that someone could actually get off on this, which you obviously do.

I really don't understand, so please explain yourself. Maybe we'll be a touch more sympathetic if we understand the issue.

One minute you say get over not winning the CCLP and the next you are not interested in how we treated The Champions! If we were going to go into a NG mega sulk we would have been far less dignified in the way we welcoimed The Champions to Stag Meadow.

As for us having the biggest fan base in the CCL, please remind me of the number of people who have watched Guernsey home and away? We are genuinely excited about welcoming Guernsey to Stag Meadow just as much as we are all really looking forward to the challenges ahead of us next season. At least we have more of an advantage next season as the CCL was a complete unknown quantity to us back in August.

Keith Scott said at the start of this season that whoever finishes above Guildford City would be Champions. He was right.

The supporters of Windsor FC have embraced the CCL and have genuinely enjoyed the experience. have we had a playing budget this season? Yes we have. Have we underperformed throughout the season? I would say no - but then I would say that.

So, if you came to Stag Meadow 4 times this season and spoke to Windsor FC club officials, who did you speak to cos you sure as hell did not say anything to me. And I can guarantee that you would never identify yourself to any of the officials because, Sir, you are a spineless coward.

Is it just me or does anyone else see the irony in NG calling someone else "disrespectful to other clubs"?

Why can't the moderators do something about this idiot?

This forum would be a friendlier, and yes, more informative place without this self-obsessed fantasist crapping on about budgets that are none of his business and rumours that someone else came up with first. Plenty of people have left this forum because they are fed up with the sniping and general BS that he/she comes up with, many of whom would have been useful contribtuors to this site.

Also, I keep reading that some people know who this idiot is, so why don't they do the non-league world a service and tell everyone else. That way, we would firstly be able to see exactly how many lies they have told, and secondly the coward would no longer be able to hide.

While I have certain sympathy with you Ed I am not sure banning would make any difference. This forum has grown beyond all recognition from its Ryamn 2 days and there are so many posters now that stats, and I know for one you love them, will show you will always have someone of NG's nature on them. It is the same with other forums. If people have left this forum then that is a shame but they have then let someone like that win. People can use the ignore button if they so wish. If he doesnt break any laws or abuse someone then we will have to live with it.

If not and people feel that strongly then start another forum and dont let him join.

As for knowing him I have been told who he might be but I am not 100% sure so wouldnt name him in case I am wrong.

If you do read his posts take a deep breath and remember why he is posting. And then dont give him the reaction he strives as that feeds him to do it more.

Not really sure why everyone gets so upset with him.

I remember this poem when he posts his thang!
