One of those gentlemen once put back the k.o. time by 10 minutes because the assessor delayed his pre match warm up in order to "advise" him at length BEFORE a game. The crowd watched with interest as the said ref performed his jogs around the pitch perimeter long after k.o. time. Now that take cajones!
