Wont b long before somebody starts tapping up the bamfords at sports again, they have had a fantastic season at Bedfont. They r really enjoying it at bedfont but with 18 years ryman experience each, no doubt they will be hot property.

Heard from a very reliable source that Dorking Wanderers are going to be relegated from Sussex County 2 back to Sussex County 3 despite finishing 3rd in the League.

 

Been told it is in relation to Ground Grading.

 

Without getting dragged into "Local" Dorking politics, i think that is a shame as they have worked hard to progess.

So the more sense to create one Dorking club.

 

Altho' the efforts of Wanderers must be frustrating if they do go down, its a shame but fact, so I think the powers at be from both clubs should get together 'cos having watched a bit of Wanderers on tape against Lammas, accompanied with some Dorking players, they will be a good team. It makes logical sense .......politics eh !.

Personally, I haven't heard this rumour.

 

Just to set the record straight, I totally agree with FSC. Wanderers have done well this season and fully deserve their promotion.

 

I await a response from their press people.

I heard that they borrowed a portable stand for the ground grading inspection and a few days later they returned it!

Somebody found out and they allegedly not only had their grading removed but were marked 1 further grade down.

Would imagine Camberley would have a number of applicants. Names I have heard are Harkness and Anderson, Pullen the guy from Badshot Lea, Johno, Savage and Clemo, bound to be numerous others and would imagine it's one of the better CCL?
