The main reasons roads are clogged up is due to short jorneys of a few miles, this is where the monorail network comes in.

To save road repairs costs people who use the road can all chip in to repair it, if it bothers them so much.

All major roads will have a time of the year when they can be dug up and the gas/cable/electric people can all go down at the same time!

Transport policy...

 

Anyone earning less than £80k should not be allowed to own a motor vehicle, and should travel either by public transport or push-bike.

 

This way...

 

* less pollution (which will keep the students happy)

 

* less congestion on the roads

 

* less road traffic accidents

have a nationwide system of free pushbikes which can be left a designated spots all over town..just pick one up then drop it off wherever you are going.. tax the fk out of cars in towns and make public transport free.. all that fking around with change must double the travel time of a bus.. plus with much less traffic it will be loads more reliable

Sorry, you're wrong, build sh1tloads more roads, better parking. I don't want public transport, that's why I pay good money to have my own car.

 

Get a public transport system for the pinkos but not for me.

 

Kill all speed cameras, take all speed limits off Motorways and Dual Carriageways. Ban Pensioners, Truckers and Women from motorways and dual carriageways.

I like the bike idea, you only need to look at Amsterdam to see how bikes work. And that'll be good for exercise as well, the only fat people you see in Amsterdam are from England
