Essex Police

It was brought to my attention yesterday that Basildon United Football Club was amoung a major drugs operation by Essex Police; six people were arrested. The police raided the club in the early hours of yesterday morning for the search as reported by the BBC News.

 

No reason to connect this to their good form this season tho. <img src="/images/graemlins/angel.gif" alt="" />

Apparentley the news report said some bloke was being led away shouting "mean it mean it you mugs"

Apparently these arrests were in relation to the little-known offence of "impersonating a footballer".

I don't believe it, seems we should change the title of this thread to "Essex Senior League Police".

 

Since when was this supposed to be a serious, no fun, message board. Too many message boards have be stifled by suits.
