As Steve Bateman is quoted in the Slough Express newspaper 'that he is going to make full use of his squad for the Easter weekend games'.

What Slough team and subs would you fans like to see run out against Bedfont, after last week's disappointing draw.

 

I would rest NBH for the Bedfont and Sycob games,because of his worrying disciplinary record,as we definitely need him for the play-offs [if that is true that he's 2 bookings away from suspension].

Beaconsfield is bound to be a game where tempers run high and he could easily be dragged into trouble.

I would play Sweeney Brown Woozley,as a defensive three but have the ever reliable Danny Murphy in his left back/wing back role. This would also reward Alex Brown and show us how he copes playing the NBH role for future games.

Herron could do with a run out for use as an impact substitute[10-15 mins],which would be a useful tool to have come the time of the play-offs, when it's like a one-off cup final.

Although we only need two points to mathematically guarantee second place we can still win the league so I don't think there'll be too much resting until second place (if that's what it is to be) is definite.

If we were 3 points behind Marcus I could understand your logic, but with only 1 point in it goal difference counts for nothing at the moment!

I thought 5 wins and a draw would be enough when I made my bold prediction last week but we slipped up against Chalfont but then I didn't expect St Neots to drop points against Marlow!

 

I still think 10 points will be enough from the last 4 games, as I can see St Neots only picking up 7 or 8 points!
