Todays more Tory press seems to think 'Becks' might be in trouble with UEFA. How much more cheating and violent unsporting Turkish behaviour do we have to put up with ??

 

Aston Villa, never mind the F.A., should suspend Alpay for a month, WITHOUT PAY. He's a disgrace to the game and personally, I hope he gets booed off the park the next time he actually dares to appear again in this country.

 

Given what went on, ON the field, I'm amazed our boys held their cool as long as they did. I thought they were a credit to the noble game.

 

I was, however, a little surprised at the way Pierluigi handled the game when it became obvious how the Turks were going to react. I don't normally criticise referees, for obvious reasons, but I don't think this was one of Mr Collina's best games, and yet I still reckon him to be the best ref in the world.

The English FA must now charge him with bringing the game in to disrepute, he is a registered player under the English FA

The fact that he is a greaseball that plays for Turkey should not deter the FA from acting the same way they would if he behaved in the same manner playing for England

This whole Alpay thing is getting out of hand, so he tried to wind us up - big deal, players try and wind each other up all the time. Lob him in against Birmingham, he'll be fine!
