DIVISION ONE

Ampthill Town v London Lions

I think Ampthill Town are quite fortunate to be at home to a team who have nothing whatsoever to play for tomorrow such as London Lions as I get the impression they are showing signs of the yips or dartitis

I can't make it over to Maldon where Town are playing so it's a toss up between hertford or st mags. I'll probably have kids with me as well so i'll struggle filming the game. I'll give it a go?? I got a sneaky feeling Hertford may get a positive result against Royston? I'll probably opt for this game as the kids will like running about in The Stable End

Totternhoe 0 Winslow United 1 - Martin superb run dribbles past 2 defenders crosses Perna header.

Holmer Green 0 Berkhamsted 1 - Calcutt header from Wardle cross after a nice move 14 mins

Hertford Town 0 Royston Town 1 - Luke Robins

Totternhoe 1 Winslow United 1 - long throw Bowley spills number 9 for Totternhoe taps it in.

Goal '15: St Margaretsbury 0 Dunstable Town 1. Lee Roache, 4 in 2 games now. We were called childish for supporting our team, quality!

Hoddesdon Town 1 Amersham Town 0 - Ben Andreos

Missed penalty '21. Joe Bruce concedes a very harsh penalty and is booked for protesting. Taylor saves it comfortably.

27. GOAL! Aylesbury United 1 Oxhey Jets 0 - Out of nothing, Field picks up the ball on the right touchline, beats several defenders and scores.

Stotfold 1 Harefield United 0

Chesham United Reserves 0 Langford 1

AFC Dunstable 1 Haringey Borough 0 - Terry Billy 44 mins. Sweeping move

44 mins Hertford Town 1 Royston Town 1 - sloppy defending by Royston Town, Bangura wins the ball well on half way, threads a ball for Samuel to run onto and slide inside keeper.

Hertford Town 1 Royston Town 2 - Luke Robins, poor defending by Hertford Town

HT: Aylesbury United 1 Oxhey Jets 0 - Snuck a lead into the interval, far from a vintage performance so far though.

HT: Chesham United 0 Langford 1

HT: Hertford Town 1 Royston Town 2

HT: Leverstock Green 0 Colney Heath 0. "Scrappy" is the first word that comes to mind.

HT: AFC Dunstable 1 Haringey Borough 0

HT: Hadley 1 Hillingdon Borough 0

HT: Holmer Green 0 Berkhamsted 1

HT: Dunstable Town 1 St Margaretsbury 0 - Struggling to assert themselves against a physical St Mags. Both teams have had great chances.

Just for Rhodes - second half under way at Leverstock Green, with Kevin Gallen on for Lewis Pritchard.

GOAL 50': Leverstock Green 1 Colney Heath 0 - Mark Shafbolt crosses and Louis Austin slides in to score.

GOAL 52': Leverstock Green 1 Colney Heath 1 - Carl Tasker flaps at a corner and Steve Barker shoots home.

Hoddesdon Town 2 Amersham Town 0 - Ben Andreos doubles the lead in the sunshine here at Lowfield

Chesham United Reserves 1 Langford 1 - Tobi Akin

Goal '51: St Margaretsbury 0 Dunstable Town 2 - Roache crosses for George Brinkman to tap in, no defence at all.

Hoddesdon Town 3 Amersham Town 0 - Hatrick for Ben Andreos

GOAL 61': Leverstock Green 1 Colney Heath 2 - Another poor goal to concede as Jack Coombs heads home a cross from the left touchline.

Hertford Town down to 10 men - .The task for the Blues seems to have got harder, Mazeo has been sent off, think it was a second yellow.

Stotfold 2 Harefield United 0 - 64 mins

Totternhoe 2 Winslow United 1 - long ball not dealt with

Holmer Green 0 Berkhamsted 2 - Francis 75 mins

Hoddesdon Town 3 Amersham Town 1 - 80 mins

AFC Dunstable 1 Haringey Borough 1 - 75 mins

Nasty injury to Holmer Green player's leg. Ambulance called for, game has 10 mins to go but could be abandoned. No foul play involved.

Hoddesdon Town 4 Amersham Town 1 - Dean Barker from the penalty spot.

Dunstable Town's Taylor is sent off for a stamp off the ball. Any danger of consistency, they've done that all day.

Stotfold 3 Harefield United 0

Goal '90+3: St Margaretsbury 1 Dunstable Town 2 - Penalty given for an off the ball incident, funny how that didn't happen for us earlier. Brinkman saves but the ref clearly wanted to give them another go. Light scores the retake.

Holmer Green v Berkhamsted - Game abandoned.

Ampthill 4 London Lions 4

Ampthill 1-4 down with just 5 minutes left on the clock, an amazing comeback pulling level in the last minute.

Definately a point gained to keep our unbeaten home record intact

1-2 Leverstock Green v Colney Heath

It’s hardly surprising Leverstock Green lost to Colney Heath is it with Kevin Gallen only substitute:

From Holmer Green's Twitter:

"Gary (Finch) broke his fibula as well as his tibia, they can leave the fibula to heal itself but have screwed the tibia, he'll be in hospital for the next few days to be given antibiotics then in a cast for around 6 weeks"

Best wishes to the lad & hope he makes a full recovery soon
