I would be extremely surprised if there was a second team promoted from the CCL Premier.

 

They won't be WFCPE. It's written in the FA Rules as follows:

 

Promotion is limited to either the Champion club, or the club finishing in second place should the top club be unable to progress. Each club will need to achieve the Grade E by 31 March 2012 in order to be eligible to move up.

Yep - that one suited the Ryman League if I recall. Hasn't done them any favours in the long term though - they're a point away from a relegation slot back to Step 6 now

Sure. A lease or an agreement to use a ground acceptable to the FA

Understand that IF Guildford are promoted as Champions, they will go into the Southern League providing their lease is valid.

The last 3 promoted Clubs have gone that route, so more than likely but as ever the FA decide once all known factors are taken into account
