Great coach day out to leatherhead, I thought we was sloppy in the first 20 minutes, but we had half chances, each corner or free kick we had tho looked like we was going to score.

Goal just before half time was pleasing, set us up for the second half, great ball in my collis, may did what he had to do and direct it home!

Second half Radley came off and new signing Sam lechmere on, bit scrappy at the start then grew into the game, looks a decent player to have for the run in. 2nd goal from H, ball came over the defence keeper half fancied it, but H fancied it more to a whack but the ball found the net!

Both new players got minutes, lechmere looks a threat jared didn't really get much of the ball. With Swainey back Monday and Edwards jr nearly back we have a bit of a healthier looking side.

Long way to go still but we have points on the board, all to aveley, for their biggest gate of the season to.

Come on you blues!!!!!

Was a massive result yesterday in the context of things with other results going our way as well, the boys once again put in a top effort to make sure we got all 3 points the whole team didn't stop for 90 minutes.

Also a good turn out from the Blue Army with along plenty of noise, another week closer to the promised land.

Well done fella's keep it going.

I thought it was a strong and convincing performance from us right through the team. Clean sheets are vital and it was very pleasing to get one - I actually thought the biggest threat to our goal was from a couple of our own defensive lapses of concentration. Sobers and especially Oates had good games considering we didn't expect either of them to be fit to play.

Collis and Poole in the middle just seems to be a working combination for us and Collis' work-rate was superb. I thought young Radley was a bit unfortunate to be taken off at half-time and agree the new lad got better as the game went on. Jay's hold-up play has been fantastic over the last few weeks and he seems to have started to find the net again just at the right time.

With the likes of Swaine and Edwards likely to be back in contention soon, the squad looks pretty strong just at the right time.

On to Aveley Monday - another clean sheet please lads. If we can win, the pressure on the others will be massive.

Well done lads! Come on you Blues!!

Quality performance across the park again yesterday. I thought Collis was everywhere again and closed down Leatherheads midfield whenever they had the ball, Jay May caused them problems throughout the game and the new lad Same looked a threat going at defenders for fun.

Special mention to us the fans who made an immense amount of noise which I am sure pushes each and everyone of the players on. Little disappointed the coach was not quite full, surely with just a couple more away day coaches to go, people have to start filling them up!!!!!

Onwards to Monday, another 3 points please!

Well done lads!

Main write up in the non league paper today as well, also I personally think a great photo of may celebrating, deserved the credit. He may not have been prolific scoring yet.....but he does his job week in week out, for all of our league games.(correct me if im wrong)

Collis was given MoM

First class performance from the lads. I have to say I was a little apprehensive about this fixture, but then again I am for them all lately. I agree that Collis was MOM but closely followed by May and Poole. It was my first trip to Leatherhead and very enjoyable one too. Excellent support which created a good atmosphere.

Now for Aveley, not as pleasant a place but hopefully the same outcome.
