In these days of "Hire Them - Fire Them" of football managers, which SSML club can boast the longest current continuous serving manager and can it be seen to have a direct reflection on club performance?

Latchy, not being the one to blow my own trumpet, so I prefer to remain anonymous. Although with the following clues even Rhodes should be able to work it out.

• I manage a club currently sitting 2^nd in the SSML Premier in our first season after promotion
  
• I have been 1^st team manager since 2004
  
• Won the Beds Senior Trophy twice
  
• Div 2 title & promotion
  
• Div 2 cup
  
• Div 1 cup
  
• Div 1 Promotion
  

No payment as manager or to the players (did have a moby but due to cost cuts that was taken away!), just grief from everyone, particularly the chairman.
