Forgot to add Grill House excellent, Nawab very good (but dark!) Raj Douth as good if not better, also little Italian place called Girasole not bad folded pizza recommended! All within 45 second walk of market square.

Where is everyone lunching tomorrow? We'll be coming up early to get some pre-match grub.

Breakfast's being laid on at St Neots Town FC from 11.00-12.30, Weatherspoons food is decent, as is the Cafe on the Market Square. The New Inn on the high street in St Neots, does a Steak Sarnie and a pint for £5, in fact any sarnie and a pint for £5.

Think you'll find a few in the Weeping Ash (The Gash) Weatherspoons from mid-day. Then probably stop for another in the Bulls Head, which is the last pub before the ground.

 

Other pubs to be recommended for a quick bite to eat are in the Eaton Socon part of St Neots, which is on the Old Great North Road (A1) which you approach rom the South as you come into St Neots. The White Horse 16th Century Coaching Inn is good, The Rivermill Pub also does nice food, as does the Waggon and Horses. Choices are good as long as like pub grub!

There are a couple of us coming from the White Horse and we are catching the 10.10 train from Slough and hope to get to St Neots at 12.15 and then walk to the pub or a few before the game. Anyone wants to join us can but we may have David with us, if he is felling better (you lucky people on the coach....only joking David)
