CCL rules....

8.14 All matches shall be played on the home and away principle and the Board shall determine how the fixtures shall be arranged. Such fixtures shall take precedence over all competitions in which a Club may engage, with the exception of:

·
The F.A Challenge Cup/Welsh Cup.

·
The F.A. Challenge Trophy/Vase Competition.

·
The Senior Cup Competition for which the Club is eligible, of the Affiliated Association to which it was first affiliated.

Clubs playing in the F.A. of Wales Challenge Cup, or an Affiliated Association Cup Competition which allows the option to play the tie mid-week, must arrange the match to avoid interference with Saturday fixtures, providing the opposing club drawn at home has suitable floodlighting. This applies to ALL Clubs who play in a League competition which forms any part of the National League System of Football outside the Football League.

does this mean the semi will be an evening midweek game??

That rule relates to League Matches Maisie.

The rules covering League Cup mean that Whitelaw determines the day.

40.6.1 The competition shall be on a single match basis and the draw shall be made by the Council and/or Board. Matches shall be played on the ground of the team first drawn. In the event, after ninety minutes play, of the scores being equal thirty minutes extra time will be played. If the scores are still equal at the end of extra time, the result shall be decided by the taking of kicks from the penalty mark under the provisions laid down by the International Board.

40.6.2 All matches shall be played on such dates as are determined by the League Fixtures Secretary. All kick-offs will be as League Rule 8.13, except that during the period of ‘winter time’, the kick-off time at grounds without floodlights shall be 1.30 pm.

Monday 26th March, Colliers Wood v Banstead is set for according to mitoo.Suppose the League are waiting to see how Guernsey get on against Alderney in the Muratti.Presumably will be a Saturday game. They could I suppose stage it on the same day as the Muratti Final, but think they will not as they' LOVE GUERNSEY' more than I DO.

Doubtful. Murratti Cup Final is 7th May - 3 days after the proposed date for the League Cup Final
