I see a way around it Gluck. Once you get to Step 4 you should be able to nominate if you wish to be an AR or a Ref. Then you could specialise as you know it is very different running the line to doing the middle. Some refs are terrible AR's and vice versa so hopefully you would get the best doing each job more.
