This years Slough Town fans awayday weekend will be in St.Neots,

so why join other Rebels and book your self a place to stay in the

town over the weekend.

Its looking like it could be the most important game of the season!

Turns out I've managed to double book myself for that weekend. So whilst I'll be at the game I won't be able to stay over. Can highly recommend it from last year though!

Regardless of the result, Or what it might, or might not mean, I hope as many of you as possible make your way up too us, for a great night out. Saturday will start in the weather spoons pub (The Weeping Ash) about 12:00. There is a market square surrounded by bars and pubs, with a lively atmosphere. Lots of football folk in the town, as we are on the main line into Kings Cross London, it's an overspill town with lots of London Club supporters living here. I'm sure the St Neots faithful will party afterwards whatever the outcome our manager and one or two players always have a drink or two afterwards. See you on the 10th

Really looking forward to this one and echo what Bifaxman said above, although im starting with a big weatherspoons breakfast at 11am.

I understand some of you will be in town Friday evening too maybe see you then.

Without sounding all cliched, its what this level of football is all about having a few beers with opposition fans rather than trading fists and insults, which is so 1980's.

Is there any decent cafes in town i can grab a bite to eat Saturday morning? I'm too classy for Weather-clones.

There is a Greggs which has seating inside and there's a Costa and Neros and also a proper cafe on the market square in the town centre or another cafe on the riverside area.

Massive breakfast at Weatherspoons cant be beaten tho, some of us are in there from 11ish on the Saturday morning.

This isn't the case for the one in St Neots.... it's another pub instead.

The Priory - It's a nice enough pub in the day and serves food but same old story at night where they let too many people in and it takes 40 mins to get served at the bar.

The club are doing breakfasts up the club if you are keen to get there early, they will be screening the football and the bar will be open.

Its going to be interesting what chaos ensues when/if we have to swap ends after the toss, St Neots normally attack for the end nearest the bar the first half.
