Forum Website Issues

Has anyone been experiencing problems getting on the forum?

 

I can get on here using 3G signal but not from my home hub. I also had problems with 3G in some areas yesterday where I don't usually have trouble.

 

I am aware that others can not get on the forum at home and they have asked me to post to see if anyone else is having trouble.

 

And yes I am aware that some may not be able to reply

I had problems for most of yesterday, looked like a DNS issue to me.

I have had problems where ever thread ends up with Guernsey in it

Same here. I can access via my iPhone but not my home hub

Seems this is a BT broadband DNS issue.

 

Set your DNS server to Google's at 8.8.8.8 and it will work until this is resolved.

Sadly until BT sort their DNS out there is little I can do.

 

It seems to only be affecting those who are on BT Internet.

Ian, I have Virgin Media broadband at home and couldn't get on here at all yesterday via that - just said server not found. I could only get on using my phone 3G connection. Accessing this now from work connection OK!

Thanks for the info. I use Sky and had no issues, which I realise does not help anyone else.

We dont have BT here but I was affected by it using two different ISP's yesterday.
