Egham v molesey off frozen waterlogged Hedgehog droppings Fox poop you name it our pitch has got it Roll on Sat if i don,t get some footie in soon im going to go mental :angry:

Game off what ! - frozen ? Waterlogged ? is this meant to be one of the best pitches in the CCL ? ..... or could Egham be struggling for players ?

 

So whats left ? Banstead, Wembley, Lammas, Carshalton

 

Me thinks toss up between Lammas vs Ash Res. and Carshalton vs Met Police Surrey Senior Cup 1/4's

got called off about 1ish - can only assume waterlogged pitch!

No Nerve touched Nice guy but as far as i know our sqaud is still all pulling in the same direction as it has all season and it has been a good Season on the best Pitch in the league as you mentioned earlier. Off the field our vice Chairman is really ill so most of us at the club are more worried by that than Weather we play Molsey tonight ! Thinking of you Brian

Well said Egg. Brian Askew is a legend at Egham. If the game could go ahead it would of and I'm sure the team would of tried that bit harder for Brian. Nice Guy, no I am not an officer at the club, all I am is the Twitter update guy here, but I speak to those in the know almost every day. No conspiracy here. Come down and walk the pitch if you like !

..............heard a nasty rumour that aardvarks and badgers have been spotted sussing out Meadowbank !

 

Foxes and hedgehogs we can deal with. The above two might be a bit more of a problem !

Had a report from the ground this morning. Pitch has drained nicely and should be ok for the weekend.

 

On the downside, the bl00dy chavs have been in again, ripped all the advertising boards down, tried to demolish the dugouts, AND tipped litter bins all over the pitch.

 

Bring back borstal and the birch, I say !!
