It happened again today !!!

After Saurez refused to shake Evra's hand yesterday over their ongoing dispute I'm afraid to report it happened again today.

This time it is said the dispute was over some dinner money and Panini stickers that were taken in a bully boy attack during the pre match tour. Click link below :)

And who says children are not influenced by what they see on tv? And I wonder what fallout there will be regarding Evra's excessive celebrations at the end of the game? I don't condone what Suarez did or what Dalglish said but Evra went too far. And I don't see there being too much said about Ferdinand refusing to shake Suarez's hand...

I say do away with the utterly pointless handshake. Causes more trouble and controversy than it is worth.

The impression I got watching it was that Ferdinand changed mind about Suarez handshake after Suarez blanked Evra?

Also agree about Evra going over the top, not in Keowns league of celebration but still wrong. However Suarez had ignored it and walked past wasn't until other players got involved that it all kicked off.

Evra in the first 30 seconds of the match seemed to want to syth Suarez in half, but only managed to take out Rio!

It is also rumoured that Evra went chasing after Suarez in the tunnel at half-time.

But a lot of this could have been avoided if Suarez had shaken Evra's hand...Having said that Evra should not have grabbed Suarez's arm.

Evra's celebration in front of Suarez was only done to get a reaction out of Suarez, surprised the FA are not going to take any action. Having said that its not called Fergie Assistance for nothing!

All need to grow up and see the bigger picture and work to kick racism not only out of football but also work to get rid of it in society too

It's all wrong..... and he has done himself and Liverpool no good in the worlds eyes.... But now it is time to get rid of the handshakes before the game and just do it after when the whole world is not watching you.

I do think there was a total over reaction over this. He was foolish and wrong not to shake evra's hand, but that was all he did wrong on the day.. For SAF to say he should never play for Liverpool again was a total disgrace. This from a manger that backed Roy Keane after he ended a players career on purpose, this from a manger that kept a player after he Kung fu a fan.

It's just all hand-bags, with certain players stirring the pot by using the race-card. Ultimately, it'll ruin the game.

Try this one.....

I asked an official over the weekend, if I was called a 'Honky' by a club player/official not of my race and colour, would this be deemed racist ?

His answer ? "I'm not absolutely sure !"

I rest my case.

All I can say, JR, is that if I heard that language in that situation, the player would be binned without question.

Good to know, Mewey !
