Portsmouth court case

Just got told by a Portsmouth fan and read a artical that if they lose their court case next week they could be sent to as high as League two and as low as the Evo-Stik Southerm Premier.

 

Lets say they get sent into Evo-Stik Southern Premier, what would happen, will that league just have a extra team or will a team in southern div one or southern south not get promoted because of this?

Wont happen as its a big club but saying it did then it would mean one less relegation place for championship down to conf south. Promotions won't be affected

They normally seem to find a way out of it, so we will have to see if anyone steps in to buy the club or save it now they are not protected by the Premier League.
