Just goes to show you can't always believe what you read Rhodes. Again if you were in the loop you would know that it has to be 2.00pm in case of extra time.

That's the problem with a weekly paper whose fixture page is set several days before publication. You'd think someone would have invented something by now which could be updated regularly when changes happen.......

HTFCew - So were the kick off times originally 2.30pm then and were changed to 2.00, even with extra time and penalties it would still be light following a 2.30 kick off

If that was the case Rhodes (which it isn't) then explain why league games without floodlights kick off at 2.45pm in February.

How can your game get called off today? The league rules say the earliest is 1100 on a Saturday.

Probably because it's a Beds Senior Trophy game and therefore under the Bedfordshire FA guidelines

It's a frozen pitch and doing a Rhodes the weather forecast is more of the same plus possible snow.

Our reserve team fixture will be another casualty to the weather, I have been informed pitch is rock solid now even with sun on it, so a case of contacting match referee tomorrow morning for a pitch inspection. All the local council pitches have already been declared unplayable for the weekend.
