So will AFC Portsmouth

No club should be allowed to reform unless they have a cast iron agreement with all their creditors to repay their debts within an agreed time scale.

But not a problem if they enter as a new team Fratton Park Rangers further down the pyramid

All this is hypothetical but no, I disagree, Fratton Park should only be used by a club already in existence before Portsmouth went skint, and certainly not by a reformed club, unless they guarantee to repay all outstanding debts.

Can't follow your logic - if a Club goes pop owing millions, how can it afford to repay those debts plus run the reformed Club without going pop again?. What your really saying is that some wealthy businessman / consortium has got to come in, pay all the debts and then invest further huge amounts in setting up the reformed Club. It isn't going to happen in this current environment. Oh wait a minute - Hi Spencer :lol4:
