Brian Stein doesn't want to join us!

Read this on the back of the Romford Recorder this morning.

 

Anyone know why?

 

Personally I'd leave him well alone, seems like trouble, I know one of the Dagenham players and what he's accusing Garry Hill of is utter rubbish!

Surely he means Mark Stein. Haven't got the Recorder yet, but assume Stein is referring to the ALLEGED rascist comments made by Garry Hill at the Telford player Fotzroy Simpson at a recent game.

Lord, I can tell you now that Garry Hill is not a single bit rascist.

 

Stein, wanted his contract improved and when he didn't get it he started making trouble, allegeddllly.

So why would Mark Stein make up such a scandolous accusation, you can get done in by the police for being racist. Just look at that Girls aloud bird, she's being done for hitting the toilet attendant and being Racist, I dont think he would make up something that BIG.

Never said he was a racist, but also interesting to see that a guy called Smith, also a black fellow, left the Daggers the same day as Stein.

 

Urchin Man, the FA are taking the racist comments thing seriously, having launched an investigation into the matter after Fitzroy Simpson wrote to the FA to complain about the incident.

So why does another Black Dagenham Player want to leave aswell? Mark Smith i think. To many Coinsidences i think.

Nigel D, in response to your question of why he hasn't joined us, I did here that the Daggers were still holding he's registration as he was contracted to them for a season and they were pretty hacked off that he'd decided to terminate his contract with them. Don't know if that is the case and they are still holding his registration or not. Like I say, haven't bought the Recorder yet, just telling you what I heard from a Daggers season ticket holder I know.

Maybe only certain people were affected by it. So wht is Mark Smith trying to leave aswell then?

Indeed, there's still a player there called Braithwaite thats black, so makes you wonder why he hasn't upped and left?

Mark Smith went to Barnet I believe. If you was cynical (although I'm not!), one could say that he might have walked out on Daggers to get a better deal elsewhere, especially given the guys, well both guys for that matter, are well into the 30's???!

back to my original point, why doesn't MARK Stein want to play for us?

I was over the Daggers on Tuesday night (seeing a rare win!) and the feeling from most people I spoke to, and my opinion to, that Garry Hill wouldn't say something like he is alleged to have said. I wasn't there, I don't know any Daggers players, but I'm sure it will all come out after this FA investigation. I do know that it was a bad tempted game with a few red cards I believe and it all spilt over into the tunnel/dressing rooms at the end of the game. I hope for Garry Hill's and Dagenham's sake that it isn't true, as if he was found gulity, it would certainly be the end of his dagenham managerial reign.

Not a player but my mate Joe Sheehan, he's dad use to train Dagenham Youth team, and he's mum works in the bar at the ground, and my Mate trains with players sometimes, they tried to sign him up as a registered player but they have to wait till he's 16. And they all know Garry Hill well and speak to im oftenly.
