Key Qualities of a good Manager

Recommended Posts

I personally do not know a successful Manager BAR ONE,have known plenty who have won nothing, who's names always appear,or apply for Positions. At this level Mick Sullivan would be the only person that comes to mind,so I would say a Decent Coach was imperative, and a lot of hard work.Plus a bit of luck. But success comes in different forms,John Fowler has done well at Croydon this year, starting with No Players and most importantly NO BUDGET,SO THAT IS SUCCESS?

A minor memory loss Spy apologies, remind me of What League you won? Many Managers have won nothing, and still get jobs on the Merry Go Round that is Non League Management, but good spielers they must be,tell the Club what they want to hear, not what might occur.A B.A. IN bullsh*t,seems to get most over the threshold. That could be your biggest downfall to Honest.

Your absolutely right smudge, became the most succesful manager in wars 100+ years, winning surrey junior cup and then then the ccl reserve league treble when there were 2 divisions and the standard was good, then stepped up to the ones the following season and won ccl 1 + the fair play league and finished 4th the following year, both sully and tony hurrell watched us beat horley and both were convinced we would have finished top 6 in the prem.
