04th - 18th Feb,

Will miss Chatham, Soham and Heybridge.

 

 

Dave K out this week for 1 game.

 

However, no comment re Kirbs.

Maybe subject to an appeal. If not it will also be a 3 match ban 4-18th Feb. Also could be further enhanced if referee put in his report that Kirby was slow in leaving the field.

That could be a lot worse I guess, given that Kendall would have served his one match suspension by then, and it could have been 3+ games for Kirbs...

I would say that 2 games is harsh and 1 would have been expected. Oh well [****!!****] happens, we'll just need to deal with it. Roll on Saturday

Not if you read the regulations on the FA site. Two games is the standard for Kirby's offence.

kirbs was slow in gettign off the pitch? are they allowed to comment on his speed? he makes up for it in positional play.

He had to hand over the armband and it wouldn't have been safe for him to walk down the touch line with the abuse he was getting, it's not like there was stewards there to escort him.

I believe you only have to have stewards if you are EXPECTING a crowd of over 250? I'm sure the squadron leader will put me right if I am incorrect

Correct the ban covers 3(or 2) first team fixtures from 14 days after the dismissal so as it stands at present subject to further postponements:

Walid misses Soham, Heybridge and Chatham (21st Feb)

Kirby misses Soham and Heybridge as does Michael Bardle.
