[The Town Crier]

It was a draw that felt like a loss, but that has more to do with my own expectations than the result itself. We are still top, and we gained an extra point, which is, lets face it, fantastic!.

 

The ref.., when he gave a number of free kicks in the first five minutes, swiftly followed by yellows and a red, the game was spoilt. If nothing else, he was consistent

 

Given the constant whistle blowing and readiness to brandish cards, I was very disappointed we still managed to pick up a couple of stupid bookings, which have cost us a £1000 .

 

It seems all teams at all levels have their cheats. its spoiling the game. How on earth can we expect referees to improve when the players are all too willing to deceive.?
