Potters Bar Town vs Enfield Town

Well one thing is for sure - the Referee did not see the incident as he had his back to the "action"

First Wally is fouled.

Second the 4 body checks Wally running thro after foul.

Third Wally raises his hand and at most "slaps the 4" - however he does raise his hands and I expect this is what the lino could see from the half way line position. So looks like a Red was correct.

Fourth - not seen on the video - the 4 goes down like he has been shot - later after extended traetment ( for what ) he has a smile to the Town supporters to let us know his view on it.

Would you say it is cheating - or "trying" to get someone sent off ?

Q, - Could the lino be sure there was contact from 30 - 35 M away ?

As for Kirbs - well as previously said - several players could / should have walked during this and most games if what he said in the bar was correct.

Unfortuately, in this instance the Ref was the wrong appointment for a local derby and so called top 6 clash.

The league need only look at recent history.

The ref was the wrong appointment for any level of football not just a local derby.

The 11 wasn't innocent in the sending off of Wallid either as he stuck his head into Wallid's face and sparked the further incident.

I agree the 11 wasn't innocent either and should of/would of (on another day) been red carded for his part in the melee. The 4 did go down easily but he was only doing what 90% of other players would do in that situation.

What's done is done now and town need to push on and win against GWR. Leiston could (hopefully) drop pts at harlow so there could be another change in leadership on Saturday.

Well said Barry, Very out of character for Walid to do that but unfortunately he did and had to pay the consequences. He got the same treatment we would be howling for if the situation was reversed (the initial incident).
