Well it is but that doesn't mean the same thing as what you are saying. We may not agree that the thread was pulled but the site is owned by Ian_W and it's up to him to do what he wants. He pays the bills and he has the ultimate responsiblity for the site's content.

 

I fully understand that, and if there was bad language or violent conduct shown in anyway then I would be behind it being removed, but it has been removed on what basis? It was the clubs own players making the comments, not random acts from the general public, is it a rule that players are not allowed to speak ill of there club then? I dont believe it should have been done on here at all, the players should have kept it in house, but didn't. But that was there own choice?

I make it 2 threads Kroons, there was a 'Bagshot' thread here at lunchtime although it appeared to be proceeding along similar lines.

 

Not sure i'm comfortable with these threads being removed to be honest. Certainly the 'Management' thread yesterday seemed harmless enough, although not sure I saw the point of it. There was at least one positive post from (apparently) a Sandhurst player to balance the negative ones and there were some good contributions from the likes of Green Fingers and Neil Baker. If it was one person messing about, they'll soon get bored if people just ignore them. If they were genuine posters they are not likely to come back.

Lets be honest, the ''Management'' thread led to various comments, ones that keep the site lively, be it banter or not !
