Nothing on the FA website yet, but Sunday's non league paper indicates the following have applied:

Berkhamsted

Dunstable Town

Haringey Borough

Royston Town

Tring Athletic

Just goes to show, only 3 seasons ago we were plying our trade in Div 2. Still pinching ourselves at being 3rd in the Premier. We are no where near favourites to progress, as competing with massive budgets at RTFC and DTFC but we shall keep enjoying it.

We do not bother about their budgets at all, good luck to them. If I divulged my source, I will have to kill you.

Because the application was made in December well before we got spanked by both Royston and DTFC and we were still dreaming at that stage. Alas wasted money now but of course hindsight is a wonderful thing !!

Dunstable's budget is supposedly larger than that of Royston's and indeed any other club in the Premier Division!

Unfortunately long gone are the good old days when you would happily pay subs to play and catch the bus or walk to Hackney Marshes or Wanstead Flats on a Sunday morning, now players won't get out of bed or off their play stations and x boxes unless they get a lift from their Father's such as Keeps and Ref Off Ref for example.

Always been teams that have paid an players have followed that, long before I played. Bit I agree Rhodes on the whole players from top to bottom are very different now more fragile much more flakey etc... No doubt tv coverage, players behaving like spoilt child celebrities at the top and people copy their behaviour, I never remember any diving or surrounding refs etc... I do remember some punch ups big time een within our own ranks lol. But as RoR times change....
