Great game to watch, Brentwood were the better side for most of the match and really deserved something out of it. It's a good sign when a team can win a game like this despite being on the back foot for most of it too. Good Attendence again considering Spurs at home too. Good performance OVERALL by the Referee although i hear he may have got the penalty wrong and maybe he should've sent Rudi off but again i'm going on the whole performance and not one or two decisions.

If (and I haven't seen any footage yet) he got a penalty and a sending-off wrong I would find it hard to say he had an overall good game. Those are the one or two decisions that a referee has to get right. But I know what you're trying to say... By and large he was on top of things.

When you travel distance to a match you hope for a good entertaining game and a win for your club. This was one helluva match between two very good sides, no quarter asked no quarter given, very close right to the final whistle, and a crucial three points for the Town. The atmosphere was great, and it was wonderful to hear the Towners behind the goal raising the roof and giving our players maximum support. Keep it up everyone, we are on a very good run, and if we can continue to edge difficult games like this one, this could well be our season.

 

Thanks and very well done to Steve and our players, this was a terrific result for the club. Stay with it guys, we are all behind you !!
