Yes given its a Recreation Ground hence they cannot charge admission although they do try to get everyone to buy a programme. £2 is a fair price considering they still have to find match day expenses for officials.

Hatfield town assistant manager got nicked a few seasons ago for attacking a traffic warden just before kick off . He got arrested hiding out in the dugout !!!
