'Ricay U21's v. Ebbsfleet - Weds 11th January

If the lack of mid-week 1st team action is leaving you short of your footy fix why not get along to New Lodge on Wednesday night to see the Under 21's in action in a tantalising "Table Topping" trial against second placed Ebbsfleet. The Blues U21's currently sit 8 points clear at the top of the Capital League, but Ebbsfleet occupy the second spot with 5 games in hand.

 

The two teams last met up in mid-December at Ebbsfleets Stonebridge Road ground and 'ricay pulled off a shock 2-0 win over the previously undefeated Kent side.

A good win for the lads last night, after going 3 up they let ebbsfleet back in, conceeding two soft goals.

Final score 3 - 2

Two for Billy Radley and One for Grant Eagles.

My first U21's game. Eagles looked decent when he concentated on his football and the No.10 (Duval?) impressed as well.
