I just wanted to say thank you on behalf of the club for everyone who turned up on Saturday. It was a great day for the club, one that we're not likely to have for a fair while and it show what playing non-league football is all about.

I thought the game was fairly decent and we gave Guernsey a good run for their money. At the end of the day their clinical finishing really showed and got them the result.

It was also great for me to meet a few people on here including Smudge! Thanks for coming down and thanks to all the Guernsey fans for coming across.

We had a great time WPFC no 1, pity I didn't get to meet you but I met Smudge, at last !.

Your club house is the best I've been to so far, its a great place to watch footy on TV and have a couple of beers :)

We like to try and bring a bit of colour and noise to our away games, so I hope you enjoyed all that ! :)

Glad everyone enjoyed it and hope we repaid the hospitality you showed us when we went over to you.

We loved it! We have training tonight so no doubt we will all be talking about it!

Think the Guernsey Press man ,who wrote the report posted on the Guernsey F.C. Forum, was harsh about the Refs performance, and Worcester Parks tackling.Would agree about the W.P.Goal not crossing the line, but it was a stonewall Penalty.Competitive game, enjoyed by all present, was my take on it.

To be fair, Smudge will sing with anyone....first time I met him was at Sittingbourne away when he was supporting his grandson who played at Merstham at the time. The Sittingbourne lot were being loud and obnoxious and Smudge just stood in the middle of them with a 'wizard's hat' on and started chanting along with them! They didn't know what to make of him!
