good luck with parking! Great clubhouse, pitch and people there tho!

 

Thanks very much! Would have to say I agree with all those points including the parking! It is a nightmare trying to park so if you are driving there I would advise to get there fairly early!

 

Should be a great atmosphere and game. Everyone at the club is really looking forward to Saturday

 

Oh and feel free to say hello to me. I'll be the one picking the ball out of the back of the net after yet another Ross Allen hat-trick (fingers crossed he doesn't although I have probably just tempted fate!!)!

Certainly we have improved our performances recently and have hit good form. hopefully we will put in a performance that shows why we won the league last season.

 

In terms of parking, if there are no spaces in Green Lane (which I can almost definitely say there won't be unless you get lucky), then there should be parking in the surrounding roads such as Pembury Avenue which is on the left after the ground) or if you go past that turning then on the right there is a road called Lincoln Road, which should have some spaces. Both roads are within a couple of minute walks to the ground. People should be aware that there are a few roads with yellow lines (both single and double) and the ticket wardens are pretty hot round there and will give people a ticket.

 

As you say though Smudge, it would be a lot easier for people to get the train as they wouldn't have to worry about parking and could even watch the game from the station platform!

All I can say for this ref was a WP appointment was a dreadful appointment. By the time I had parked and walked to the ground I was knackered !!!

 

when did you last ref at WP Krooner?

 

Do you know I cannot remember WP. I did 2 games there and I am just trying to remember who they were against. One was defo Dorking.

 

Krooner gets knackered walking to the bar.

 

I NEVER walk to the bar. I always sprint !!!
