Not a great result today then losing 5-1 to Faversham-but to be expected i guess >

 

Just hope KB and pridders `can do enough to keep us `in league one for next seson-and then ever upwards.

Your right Michael, it was'nt a great result, but we have also got to remember that Faversham are top of the table and they are there because they are a good side that have been together now for a couple of years. We actually have a decent squad now, its just a matter of getting them to gel together and stop making silly mistakes. I thought the first 15 minutes we were superb but as soon as they got the equaliser, it fell to pieces for about 20 mins and thats where we lost the game. We will be doing our best to stay in this league, as out of the six league games that we have played, 5 of them have been against the top 4 teams.Couple of positives out of todays game was Wayne Wilson getting 90 minutes under his belt and also new signing Nick Treadwell looking good in the centre of midfield.

Did'nt see much of them-but of the probable 90 mins i have seen of them-always thought Curtis Winnett and Noick tredwell were decent (most come back in the end ,though i guess it takes the persuasive powers of KB to get them back )

Thought the team had a good 20 minutes and should have added to the one goal before Faversham scored their first, I guess Matt Lamprell's mobility problems did not help the defence when questions were asked. Certainly not a 4 goal difference in the two teams. Only lost the second half one nil with a stand in keeper and that was in the very last play of the game.A pleasure to watch them.

Reasonable attendance for this game as well.
