How much money do Burnham have to splash out?

 

They've already signed ex-Maidenhead players and now Will Hendry, who was way off our radar, turns up on loan from Hayes and Yeading from the Conference.

 

The plus side is IMO Will Hendry didn't do a lot today except winge, moan and foul from start to finish and frankly looked a waste of Burnham's new found wealth.

By accounts, Hendry is there on the cheap as Hayes & Yeading's want him to get fit.

Still looked a waste of space and keeping another Burnham player on the bench just to get him fit for another club.

Moneybags Burnham! One thing they are saving money on, is woolley hats,as Laurie Craker was adorning a Brackley Town FC one for the Slough match !! ha ha!

Perhaps it was wishful thinking on his part!

They must of made a bit on money on Saturday given the gate was 414 (75% or more of which was our fans or course).

Like a lot of clubs, no idea how to maximise their income.

 

They knew there would be a big crowd and still only had one person serving behind the tea bar and a table right in front of it making it difficult to get near the hatch.

Fleet, Beaconsfield and Burnham 3 away games in the last few weeks all unprepared for the away support. i can appreciate teams not having many volunteers but Beaconsfield didnt even try to improve the queues untill 3pm causing the game to be delayed!! thats ridiculous
