Tapping up

Have heard Tooting & Mitcham have been tapping up our players via an ex player allegedly

Surely this is not allowed???

Goes on all the time in non league football. No one will want to desert us at the moment unless big bucks waved. Would have to be closer to home too. Shouldn't worry. Good sign that other clubs want our players.

A certain player who shall remain nameless who used to play at Canvey and went on to become a manager alledgedly did the same about 10 years ago so isn't something new.

 

Worse was he was doing it whilst still a Canvey player by tapping up unsettled players to follow him to his new club.
