:bigcry: I know we have a good solid squad but it would be gutting if he did go before the season finished :(

I Agree he should see the season out, after all being the top scorer in our league has been contributed to by the service he has been receiving from the rest of our team, and would like to ensure the whole team benefit from this run we are having.

I doubt anyone would want to stand in his way if that's what he wants & it would be understanadale too. However, again like everyone else,I too would like him to stay & finish this season off at the very least.

Who knows, in the form he is showing at present and if he avoids injury,he could well double that figure in the Ryman league, break the clubs record & even possibly the Ryman record (if there is one) & even get the Ryman Golden Boot award.

Now all those would surely bring about a bigger price for him than is now. And even if he were to go now I reckon he should be worth in excess 500K.

If & when he does go,for a fee,it's higly unlikely anyway that we will know what he went for as this club has a knack of managing not to divulge transfers fees which, though maybe isn't our business in a way, would be a big disappointment to many of us who DO wish to know.I would like to think though that on this occasion,if or when or both it happens they would divulge it to us as it would be of massive interest to us who pay through the gate on a regular basis & who contribute in some way to paying his wages here.

It would be a gamble for him to stay with us,stay fit, stay clear of injuries & then get signed on higher up the pyramid at the end of the season but the rewards he could gain from doing that would only enhance his rapidly improving reputation.

On the other hand it would be a gamble for him to move to a championship club too as his goalscoring record from then on will surely not be as good, though who knows, he could well do as good at a Championship club. The other rewards, financial as well as others are there for him & they too could sway him to move on,again understandably..

Yes, I think we all wish him well whether he goes or stays & we probably can understand his need to move on up but for him to stay & see this season out I think would be good for everyone concerned. Himself, the club & of course & selfishly us.

Whatever he does, whatever decision he comes to we owe him our gratitude & I don't think there will be one person not wanting to wish him the very very best of luck in the future.

I'm sure we would all follow his career with interest if he moved up,similar to that of Sam Sodje.

go to Spurs for £500k plus and in return lend us Defoe and Pav till the end of the season be happy with that....but seriously what a opportunity for him and the club be gutted to see him go but that's football. Who ever found him needs a pat on the back then 'go out' and find another gem, sure there's others out there...

Does Wikipidia know something we don't? I particuarly like the bit down the bottom right where it says he has played once & scored 147 times. Wow! is he THAT good? Any highlights of that game anywhere?

You have to take opportunities to improve yourself when they arise. If he turns down a move now he might break his leg and miss the rest of the season. Or somebody else might catch the eye of the scouts. Football is a fickle business.

Big credit to CK here. Before he came to us, KA's career was going nowhere. CK got inside his head and got the best out of him. Don't bet against CK unearthing another gem to replace him.

Can't argue with any of the above comments from C.E. Like I said it would be big a gamble for to stay. Both for himself & for the club.

In my selfish way I'm asking him to stay but in my unselfish mode I would like to see him take up an offer & go on & do big things.
