I never tyre of that joke....

Well I for one am very encouraged about performance at the end of 2011, lying 10th and a possible chance of being 9th by close of play.

Sure we had some poor games, some diabolical games, but also we have had our share of crackers.

I think the second half of the season we will come good more times than not.

Keep up the good work Chris & the boys, lets have a great New Year..

For the first time in quite a few years it feels like progress has been made on the pitch between January and December. That I feel has a lot to do with Chris Kinnear's return, although O'Connell did sign Stubbs, Cloke and Ball and played Robinson in his time so that has been built on as well.

Wishes for 2012.

Keep Appiah until the end of the season and then let him go wherever he likes.

Push for the highest position possible (not going to say the dreaded P word)

Stadium progress

and of course sign a Sodje.

I'll just add to the above...I want to keep Kwesi!! I agree he should be free to go where he wants but we have such a great team effort going on at the moment with him it would be brilliant to keep that going for a season or two longer!

I have high hopes for 2012 :)

Well the only way we'll keep Kwesi is to be promoted & have him lead us in the Conference South ... here's where Mark will say Easy! - I hope he's right!

Imagine how many goals Kwesi (and others) would hget if we were that bit stronger in central midfield ?

Yep-definately progress on and off the pitch over last 12 months-well done players, directors, management and supporters.

Just pray the development project stays on board and all the progress does not come tumbling down.
