Waltham Abbey vs Enfield Town

Your right Andy, abuse is not warranted. 'Part of the game'???????? I think the Suarrez and the pending Terry case show that abuse has no place in anyones workplace.

But banter is part of the culture which I think is acceptable, however the examples we are raising are not banter. Calling a referee a blind 'C' and the linesman a F'ing W when they so clearly gave the right decisions (and so what if they never) is stepping way over the line in my view.

Before anyone bites my head off, examples of Banter would include stating to the goalkeeper 'who was injured' when he kicks the ball off the field of play in error and applauding errors that go in our favour, amongst many other lighthearted banter.

Don't get me wrong other clubs can be equally if not worse, but our odd balls were bad at the WaBBey.

Here lies a few of the issues.

I said people can say 'it's part of the game'.

You said, 'before people bite my head off'.

We shouldn't have to worry what people think about genuine concerns voiced on here.

Mind you, I bet some people will say, 'oh not, not him again'.
