Mole Valley 0 Horley Town 4

Christmas craker for us four goals again in a away game. Goals from Ben Herdman, Dareen Tidy and a brace from Kyle Hough one from the penalty spot.

Good to meet up with Briggers again.

Great win for Ash on Saturday against high flying Hanworth which seems to have been missed out on here, 4-1 and could have been a lot more. Two big wins recently for Paul's young side, it looks like it could be a good new year for them if they keep going the way they are.

Knaphill 3 V HW 3

Good game and a very decent performance from the knappers. Took the game to HW and we gave them a torrid time first 20 but couldnt manage to convert 1 of many opening chances and a couple of good saves alsofrom HW gk. Then on the 25 min mark our gk decided to have a moment of madness as they sometimes do and had an altercation with a HW striker resulting in a straight red for him and a pen to Hw, 1-0. Knaphill now down to 10 managed to keep the score at 1-0 as HW came close a couple of times before break and knaphill playing on the counter.

Second half

Inspirational words from Ellers and sidekick ball made us believe we could get something from game and we went out with nothing to lose. 1 minute in to second half ball crossed in to HW box and i was tripped for a pen, i dispatched to score my first goal for my new club 1-1. Was an end to end game from there on and about 65 mins we were awarded a free kick about 30 yards out that i put over the wall into the stantion! Enough said 2-1 knappers and the boys flying. Then again managed to nick a 3rd through another good counter attacking move and finished off nicely by craig knowles. 3-1 and Hartley shocked but they managed to keep positive and through everything at us last 20 minutes and nicked a scrappy second to raise hopes of drawing level. They then did just that about 5 mins from time when a HW sub scored a cracking goal from about 30 yards that he caught lovely. 3-3 and 5 mins of normal time followed by 8 mins injury time were mostly hartley pressure on the tired knappers who defo deserved the point.

Overall good game, good entertainment and reckon we would of done them with 11 men but who knows? HW ate a good side with some.good players and a big physical defence. Will be up there at end of season im sure!

any idea about raynes park vale?

seven and ten conceded last two games

Yes Camberley and Windsor are in top 3 !

So good point whats going wrong Dobo ? Should have called the game off 'cos you couldn't get a team out due to flu epidemic at the RPV ..........lol !!!

NG Nearly right for a couple of weeks now we have had about 8\9 1st team players out mainly injuries

Dobo should have called the game off with the flu epidemic story, but then you have reserves to call upon !.......saw Windsors goals, defence looked dodgy mate ?

The thing is mate we struggle with finance at the best of times so the club doesnt need the fine for not fulfilling the fixture. Other teams can afford the fine, thats why maybe the points should be deducted, when this happens I bet teams would fulfill the fixture then.

Also I pushed for a ressies team and thats what its for, you cant expect them to compete against a team like Windsor with their budget and resources laughable really.

Tell that to Dorking, Mole Valley and Spelthorne Sports! All 3 have beaten us at Stag Meadow this season.

A great win indeed and one that certainly did not go unnoticed / unappreciated by Windsor supporters!

And yet it could be Windsor who benefit most from it. But a very solid performance from a young Ash team who showed a lot of skill and determination on a very difficult pitch. Hanworth are a very strong and physical side with loads of ability throughout their team. But Ash played with a lot of flair and imagination particularly in the second half with two young willing wide lads in midfield and a bit of experience at the back they produced a very competent display. And a note for the Referee who was excellent, although I think he might have got the decision for Ash's penalty wrong on both counts, first of all to give it and then once he had I think he should have shown a red rather than yellow. But a good game to watch on a freezing day.

No offence intended Dobo Snr. My point is that we are not invincible as those 3 defeats would prove. Good news for us is that we have a chance to put the record straight against both Dorking and Mole Valley in our first games of the New Year.

**** off chuck berry. I play for SP, I'm not big time (not sure how playing for SP is big time, but seeing as you know Dan so well you'd know he has played in the CCL Prem) I played against WP 4 times last season so OBVIOUSLY knew their team quite well. I asked 2 simple questions, got a fair answer from the WP goalkeeper about them and a load of **** from you about Simmo, who I also I know. I see it was a late night post so you may have had a few too many but the matter certainly wasn't getting closed on a stupid comment like from an idiot like you.

Idiot boy.

Never said I knew Mr Simmonds did I?

If that club want to play better football by having him on board that's their choice and is something I would not critisize them for.

He may of played at a higher level but then so has Darren Barnard. I wolud also not comment on whether it's in his best footballing interest to be at Camberley.

Last point I didn't have a late one I was working so you can still get free milk at school !!

Big Ant if you read this there was a guy there (councillor?) who spoke very highly of you.

Nathan, Have a good Christmas (Good banter)

So its you I have to thank!? What a hero.

Get over it, Chuck. I got a sensible answer to my questions from Big Ant and the WP keeper, this was finished days ago.

Have a good Christmas.
