would the weather forecasting the temputre down -2 / -4 and after the rain would the pitch be frozen.

 

 

the u18`s had there game cancelled on tuseday so i presume the pitch is in a bad state .

should be ok ... The pitch needed a rest after Monday's game ..so this saturday would have a better chance to be played .. by 3pm the temp should be ok ... I am sure the club match day secretary will let us know if things change for the worse....

I will be going to the ground at kick off time today ( Friday ) to have a look and I'll be contacting the Ref after that.

Then again tomorrow morning about 9-30 10ish to make sure all ok.

Weather been ok today, Mark has been up and it doesn't look too bad at the moment. We will have to wait and see what happens over night, but fingers crossed all will be well.

If the game was today everything would have been ok , I did give it a fork in the same place as the Binfield game it was a bit wet in patches.

The ground was soft i stuck a pen into the ground and it went in about 2-3 inches. As long as it don't freeze or pour down over night all will be fine tomorrow.

I will be going down to the ground about 9-30 so I'll have more to tell then fingers crossed.

Not cold enough for the ground to be frozen. It's still 2-5 degrees during the day. from now (2am) until 8am it will be 2 degrees. 10am until 3pm it will be 4-5 degrees. so no chance of a frozen pitch.

it was -2 at 7am my car had ice and frozen windows, and the ground around my house was white and frozen, so lets hope beaconsfield was warmer hahaha

I'm at the ground now apart from a bumpy pitch ( groundsman couldn't get on it till now ) and as long as it don't pour down before 3 the game is on.

 

PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF THE WALK WAYS THEY ARE A BIT SLIPPERY FROM OVER NIGHT FROST!!!!
