What's taking the London Tigers so long to sort out their ground?

It's frustrating that Tokyngton Manor were punished for supposedly not having the Viking Sports Ground fit for play yet the League have seemingly turned a blind eye to London Tigers predicament and allow them to play their home games away, why couldn't Tokyngton Manor have done that at the end of the 2009/2010 season.

Horace - In what way are the circumstances different other than the pitch being playable this time although, as you know, in my opinion it was perfectly playable at the end of the 2009/2010 campaign. How was Hertford Town v Aylesbury United today by the way, it sounded like a good game.
