Judge referees and players by the same tough standards

Before we all harp on about the worst ref we have ever seen, and listen to premiership managers blame the ref again when they should look at their players performance; well read this http://www.wsc.co.uk/content/view/8082/38/

Wholeheartedly agree with that. Recall the decision at North Greenford where we all screamed blue murder for the referee disallowing a goal at the end of the game which was rightfully ruled out. Not too many apologies forthcoming with the benefit of video replay to prove the foul in the build up.

 

Referees have a tough job and give their best. Can you do better? Plenty of referee courses available and all credit to the non league manager who has recently or is currently undertaking a referees course to better understand that side of the game. Think more players/managers should take up the option too.

Wholeheartedly agree but worrying when officials don't know the rules at all!! Did we not see an offside from a throw a few weeks back?
