Having been to grimsby to watch southend play i found the local fans the worst behaved ive ever seen in the lower leagues before during and after the game with the local youth going around in groups trying to start fights with any away fans they find walking the streets in and around the ground so club colours are best hidden and just used inside the ground , the away end is all seated they have some of the best fish n chips going close to the ground , but the rest of the area around the stadium is ermm not very good to say the least more like tilbury on a bad day! .

Don't think we need to worry about yobs.

If we do get through i would think its hardly the tie that would bring out any football hoodlums,of course.if we was to get a result against Grimsby (obviously we have to beat Farnborough first) then it is something to worry about,leaving the ground,but i would take a good old fashioned kick in,if we won up there.
