Unfortunately 3spirit, we can all say what team we want but can pretty much guarantee it will be the team that started on Saturday with Burnell replacing Abbey! I'd love to see Sinclair in a free role but it won't happen!

At the moment, I don't know what our strongest 11 is so I would be loathe to pick a team to start against Bedworth!

I'd love to see Sinclair in a free role, too,if the pitch is soft underfoot and in good condition. Funny enough the eleven I picked for the Bedworth game is nowhere near the strongest team I would pick,if everyone was on form and match fit.

As we both know,Steve Bateman is very conservative and predictable in his team selection,so I'm not expecting anything radical to happen this season [or any season under him].He believes in his tried and tested ways, which is fair enough.Just wish occasionally he would have the gumption to try something different, when we are playing poorly or are losing in a game.To his credit he tried Ollie Burgess up front, when Ben Abbey got injured but I'm amazed he stuck by that decision, when it became pretty evident that he couldn't hit a barndoor with a banjo!

In my mind, the jury is still out on Ollie Burgess. He seems a bit of a luxury player and drifts in and out the game.He will do a wonderful, sublime pass and then you forget he's on the pitch.Obviously he needs time to get to know his team mates and their set plays but at the moment,I'm surprised he's making the starting line up,given his 3 match performances so far.I also think Paul Coyne plays better when Stuart Swift is in the team.Changed my mind about the team I would pick for Bedworth game,my new line up would be!

Warrington

Seeby NBH Woozley

Sinclair Coyne Perkins Swift Murphy

Burnell Sonner

Subs: Abbey,Logie,Brown,Herron,Martin.

I think going with 3 at the back is a little risky there 3spirit, even with Perkins in midfield. Neither NBH or Woozley are particularly quick, and NBH likes to go forward every now and then. That I feel leaves us vulnerable to the counter-attack like we were last season!

We've been playing with 3 at the back for the majority of the season Nathan!

The thing here is we have a squad full of quality under a strict budget as Steve easterbrook continues to build us off the pitch and sb on it.

We are better than we have been in a long time and I think that will show come Saturday when we bounce back with a bang.

The team I would play would be the following.

Warrington

Brown nbh Woozley

Sinclair coyne Martin swift Herron

Burnell sonner

I know this does not change a lot but I am feeling it will be quite tight Sarandon could come down to a set piece so we need all our dead ball specialists available

Who's Sarandon?!

Your team is a good one except that the centre midfield three all like going forward but none of them particularly like tackling or doing the donkey work, that's why I like Perkins in there. Shame George Coyle got injured,as I thought he could have been very useful for us in certain games.

Does anyone know how he is doing?

George Coyle isn't on the squad list anymore so assume he's no longer with us!

Adam Martin could play the anchor role in midfield but now it would have to be Seeby for me, whilst Perkins is a good player he isn't as mobile as he used to be!

Steve Perkins is coming to the end of his non-league career, however used wisely/sparingly he can be as effective and as good as any player in our team. Of late,he's been one of the better players.I'm surprised we don't use him more as a defensive midfielder. This would enable players like Paul Coyne and Adam Martin to attack frequently, without fear of leaving huge gaps in midfield.

Hope you're wrong about George Coyle.Thought we might have unearthed an untapped talent. Will be disappointed if he's been allowed to leave. He did get a bad injury and it will take a while to get over.So I don't suppose there will be a huge rush to get him back before he's properly healed. So this could be why he's missing from the list.
