Whitelaw's warning from an earlier thread:

It is perhaps worth making the point at an early stage that, in certain circumstances, it may not be possible to promote the top three clubs from Division One, even if they do all have the facilities to go up. Club Secretaries are aware of this.

It would happen, for example, if two clubs were demoted to us from Step 4 with only the champion club going up from the CCL. If nothing else happened to distort the situation, the three bottom clubs in the Premier would then go down to be replaced by the top two from Division One, to make up 22. It is highly unlikely that the FA would allow us to operate with more than 22 clubs in the Premier Division, even if we wanted to. Facilities (or the lack of them) could also play a part in the final reckoning.

The bottom two in Ryman Div 1 South at the moment are Sussex clubs so hopefully it won't happen, although in saying that, North Greenford and Bedfont Town currently occupy the bottom two places in the Central Division of the Southern League. Long way to go yet though!

There are certainly some stand out games this weekend involving the top clubs in Div 1.

You would expect Guernsey to win at Knaphill on Friday night (looking forward tp that game), and also HW to win at Bookham, but what do we think the outcome will be of:

Lammas v Eversley

Spelthorne v Wars

WP v Bedfont

These are 3 massive games and anyone taking all 3 pts will put themselves in a great position. I'm gonna sit on the fence and predict 3 draws which then doesn't change a thing, ha!! I'm sure any of the above would take a draw if offered to them now.......

I'll be at the Spelthorne game as haven't been over to their ground for a few years, should be a great game.

think wars will nick it at spelly us at wp is a big game hard place to go an always a sending off i think we'll nick it in a 5 goal thriller 4-1 lol .on a serious note i reckon 3-2 to bedfont , lammas at home to eversley i predict an away win baker is on fire not sure lammas at the back will handle him though theyve improved at the back over last 5 or 6 games .BIG WEEKEND guernsey will beat knaphill comfortably 5 or 6 nil there just that good for this division hard not to predict a big win in any game they play

Its all about the big Woking derby this weekend

Do the bottom two get relegated from step 4?

Rumoured Croydon Athletic may be out of business before the season ends,so only 1 down from the Ryman 1 South.

Would you cry into your specual brew if this happens ?

Really hoping for a Lammas win on saturday .. 3 points will put clear daylight between them and the chasing pack! with games in hand too!! Going for a lammas 2-0 win Redrup brace!!
