Trying to put a pic to my name and cannie do it how do I do it can someone help me pls.......

 

When I try to upload a large file as my picture ( high megapixel ) it won't let me so I have to resize it.

 

My current picture is 300x275 pixels I think. If you have windows 7 go to Windows Live Photo Gallery, then edit and then in the top is a resize option.
