Yes, it would suit a young former pro looking to cut his teeth in Management

Problem with young ex-pro's is that they expect paying and having a budget for players. Not going to get either at Harefield these days.

The one I would go for is an old mate of mine, ex-Exeter & Reading midfielder Danny Bailey. A great coach with his own academy & has produced players such as Colin Kazim-Richards, Fabrice Muamba & Alfie Potter.

Plus his Interwood side are going great guns in the Middlesex County League.

I played against Interwood Vets on Sunday, good side. A couple of ex pro's in there I think, def recognised ex Wimbledon Andy Clarke. Very 'competitive' side!! *nurses bruised foot and ankle that lucky not to be broken*

The Preston Park job would suit Clement Temile down to the ground, the forward thinking Club have excellent facilities with all their Kite Marks firmly in place such as Charter Status. Also Clement would be fully appreciated this time and given a free rein to get promotion next season and take the Club to the Southern League Division One Central for 2013/2014.

Yes that sounds about right. Danny still plays sometimes & former Reading favourite Michael Gilkes also plays. Some weeks it's like a who's who of Non-league football with old Enfield, Dagenham & Barnet players from the 80's & 90's.

Anyone remember 'Butch' Manderson ???

Yes - have you also heard of Wayne [****!!****]lyn, ex Wokingham & Embrook manager, also played for Reading but earlier between 1977 - 1980?

Now you're just being silly. Paul Jewell will be looking soon though!

So he should be! (says disgruntled Rams fan with a bitter memory of Jewell's time at Pride Park)
