We were absolutely abject apparently Munchkin and got what we deserved in fact it could have been more I'm told. The worst performance in memory is what was relayed to me. Players owe the gaffer big time

I was there to witness that surprise result, and what you and Munchkin have said was pretty much spot on.

Enjoyed my afternoon, always nice to see the underdog win!

Was disappointed in Winslow, was expecting much better, but think Bradwell played well. The Winslow right back was very good though, probably could have been worse if he wasn't there.

Berko 3-4 Holmer Green

From 3-0 and cruising up to losing 4-3?? Against a side bottom of the league?? shocking!!! If we play like that for the rest of the season we will be lucky to stay up, albeit we had a makeshift defence due to the departure of the Carmichaels (off to cranfield so i heard), but thats no excuse. On a positive note was great to see Tony Burnett back from Arlesey, we have been missing his pace in attack recently.

Yes, so much for Haringey Borough's Wembley dream:

WEMBLEY DREAM EXTINGUISHED

Royston Town put paid to Borough’s Vase hopes in the Third Round with an odd goal in three win. Borough did not play badly but needed to reproduce the outstanding quality which took them past Tring Athletic in the previous round but fell a long way short of that standard. “The Crows” created far fewer chances but made better use of them, even though Nick Christofi saved a penalty, than did Borough from their far greater number of opportunities. For that shut out much credit must also go to Royston ‘keeper Will Norris who repelled everything which came his way until beaten by Richard Worrell’s late penalty by which time Borough were two down and handicapped in launching their all or nothing late onslaught having been reduced to ten men by a red card (2 yellows) shown to Demetri Stratis
